One of the most dramatic technological developments in the era of information is the deployment of communication networks. This on-going revolution has raised and continues to raise fundamental challenges in the fields of science, engineering and industrial technologies. It requires new solutions, formulations and techniques for scientists and engineers from the communities of systems engineering, control and communications. IJSCC proposes and fosters discussions on these three strongly related areas, especially on control systems whose components are interconnected via communication networks, wired or wireless, and on communication systems strengthened by control techniques.

Objectives
The objectives of IJSCC are to provide an international forum to report latest developments of theoretical studies, novel modelling methods, computational algorithms and successful application solutions. Further, it aims at establishing an effective channel of communication between systems engineers, control scientists and communication technologists from industries, academic institutions and research laboratories within this field. It particularly welcomes new theoretical results with practical applications.

Readership
IJSCC provides a vehicle to help professionals, academics and researchers, working in the field of systems, control and communications engineering, to disseminate information and to learn from each other's work.

Contents
IJSCC publishes original papers, review papers, technical reports, case studies, conference reports, management reports, book reviews, notes, commentaries, and news. Special Issues devoted to important topics in integrated control and communication systems will occasionally be published.

Papers on other related topics not covered by the preceding list are also welcome.

Submitted papers should not have been previously published nor be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
All papers are refereed through a double blind process. A guide for authors, sample copies and other relevant information for submitting papers are available on the Submission of Papers web-page.
